I know I have been unemployed since August of 09'. Tough job market, but I have some promising prospects on the horizon. Hopefully you have a little savings on the side, because unemployment benefits are not enough to keep you a float...especially if you have a family to support.

If you were given warnings that you signed and agreed to the conditions (yes I will fix this or else...) you could hurt yourself there.

I dont post often (and usually to rebutt someting you write LOL) but seriously do wish you the best with this.

It is difficult to completely deny benefits unless you voluntarily quit or something criminal was involved.
