My new iPod touch is thicker than my old one.

I got my first 16gig Ipod touch on Thursday September 13th, the first day they were on sale.  Unfortunately I had one with a bad screen, I couldn't replace int until today September 24th.  My first Ipod touch was skinner than my second Ipod touch, I'm sure of it.  I just wish I still had my first one to compare it too.  Has anyone else noticed this??????????

8 and 16GB models are the same 8mm thickness. There's no reason that one would be thicker than the other.

Ummmm helloooooooo.....the 16GB is twice the size of 8GB, that's why it's twice as big.

8GB = 8mm
16GB = 16mm
